This Silvere Ganvoula penalty goal vs Kiel (VIDEO BELOW) saw a rather unique incident happen in the second division clash between these two sides on 25 October, 2019. A Kiel substitute, Michael Eberwein, warming up on the sidelines stopped the ball before it crossed the line (the Bochum shot was going wide initially though). The referee, after consultation with VAR, deemed it to be interference, and gave the Kiel substitute a yellow card and Bochum a penalty. Ganoula converted from the spot to equalise for Bochum. This Simon Terodde goal v Bochum (GIF VIDEO BELOW) was a rather BIZARRE goal in the league game between Cologne and Bochu on 21 December, 2018. The ball goes towards the sideline, and Bochum’s goalkeeper Riemann jogs towards it. A Bochum defender picks up the ball, but instead of checking what his passing options are, gives the ball right back to Terodde with his teammates (GK + defenders) caught unawares, and the striker sends the ball into the empty net. Weirdly funny goal, not the type of error you’d expect at this level
