Manchester United recover from 2-0 down to beat West Ham 4-2 at Upton Park thanks to Wayne Rooney’s second half hat trick. Javier Hernandez added a late fourth for Sir Alex Ferguson’s men. Mark Noble’s first half penalty had put West Ham ahead but they will be ruing the referee’s decision not to red card Nemanja Vidic.
This Jonny Evans red card vs Bolton reduced Man United to ten men in their clash against the Trotters, but it did not affect the final result as the Red Devils managed to emerge 1-0 winners. The Evans red card vs Bolton was given for a rash challenge by the Man United defender on Bolton’s Stuart Holden.
