This Jan Vertonghen concussion vs Ajax (GIF VIDEO BELOW) was a shock moment from Spurs’ game against the Dutch side on 30 April, 2019. Defender Vertonghen was involved in nasty collision of heads with Toby Alderweireld. The physios appeared to clear him, but moments later, he appeared to vomit on the side of the pitch and slumped- Maurico Pochettino had to hold him to prevent him from falling. He was eventually substituted by Sissoko.
