Manchester City moved to joint top spot in the Premiership with Arsenal after a comfortable 3-1 win over struggling West Ham United at Upton Park. Yaya Toure scored two goals while substitute Adam Johnson scored the third after being brilliantly set up by David Silva.

A poor performance from Newcastle saw them go down 3-1 at the Hawthorns to West Bromwich Albion in the Premiership on Sunday, December 5, 2010.
It was Sol Campbell’s 500th Premiership appearance but the former Arsenal and Spurs centre half had a forgettable day.
Blackburn Rovers 3-0 Wolves ( David Dunn, Ryan Nelsen, Brett Emerton)
Blackburn Rovers ran out convincing 3-0 winners over Wolverhampton Wanderers at Ewood Park thanks to goals from David Dunn, Ryan Nelsen and Brett Emerton.
It was a great result for Blackburn, especially after their 7-1 loss to Manchester United last weekend.
