Chelsea’s new shirt sponsor to be Yokohama Rubber

Yokohama Rubber have been announced as Chelsea FC’s new shirt sponsors, replacing Samsung after the two parties signed a five year agreement. The deal is worth $60m/season (40 million pounds per season) and is more than double of what Samsung used to pay the Blues.

Turkish Airlines were rumoured to be Chelsea’s new kit sponsors after it became known that the Samsung deal was ending after the 14/15 Premier League season, but Yokohama have won the race with their bid, easily the biggest shirt sponsorship deal in Chelsea’s history

USA New Away Kit 2015-2016- “Bold in Blue” from Nike for USMNT

Nike have unveiled a striking creation that will serve as the USA Soccer team’s new alternate strip. It’s themed “Bold in Blue”, and as you can see in the pics below, there is plenty of that colour in this gradient themed jersey. It becomes progressively darker going down, with white on the shoulders

Some fans have reckoned that this change jersey would be better off as a training kit, but what do you make of it?

We’ll get to see it in the flesh for the first time next month when the USA take on Denmark in Aarhus.

2015 Copa America Kits- New Copa America Jerseys- Mexico Shirt is black!

Last updated 17 February, 2015– Paraguay Copa America shirt unveiled.

The new Copa America 2015 jerseys for this tournament in Chile have already begun releasing, with Mexico and Argentina first off the block. We at Soccer Blogger will cover all new Copa America shirts as they’re released- watch this space for future updates.

Mexico, an invitational team at this year’s Copa America, will be wearing BLACK as their home jersey! Bit of a surprise for fans and pundits alike, and this is the first time Mexico have used black as their principal shirt for the Copa tournament.

Mexico’s away Copa America jersey will be white.

Argentina, outfitted by Adidas like El Tri, have also unveiled their new Copa America home shirt, which bears a striking resemblance to their 1991 Copa kit.

Colombia have a camouflaged flag graphic on the front of their Copa jersey.

Paraguay are also with Adidas- a red and white striped creation that has a local pattern on it.
