This Mark Uth head injury vs Augsburg was a scary incident from Schalke’s league game against Augsburg earlier today, with the S04 forward knocked out after this nasty clash of heads with Felix Uduokhai. Uth was stretchered off after the injury. Reminded one of the nasty head injury Raul Jimenez suffered against Arsenal last month.

Uth was replaced by Can Bozdogan in the game.
Edit– Schalke have confirmed that Uth is responsive and stable and is heading to hospital with the team doctor.
That’s tough to watch. Almost appears to get knocked out mid air. Hope he recovers soon.
Just been a horrible season all around for Schalke so far. Struggling on the field, and then one of their most likeable players gets this head injury.
