Here are the German newspaper ratings for their side after their 2-0 win over Northern Ireland in Belfast last night. Despite the victory, the German press were not happy with Joachim Low and their team’s performances and that reflects in the player ratings below.
Bild even went with the headline “Why are we playing so bad, Jogi” and criticised Werner and Kroos in their player ratings. Both goalkeepers- Manuel Neuer for Germany and Peacock-Farrell for NI, were rated highly.
