According to French media sources (the same one that broke the Neymar and Lucas deals), Fulham have agreed a deal in principle with Tottenham Hotspur for the transfer of starlet Ryan Sessegnon. The youngster was one of three Fulham players named in the PFA Championship Team of the Season, and a decision on his future will be taken based on the Cottagers’ performance in the playoffs. Should they be promoted, Sessegnon is likely to be bought and then loaned back to Fulham by Spurs, and should they not, he is expected to play for the Lilywhites beginning the 2018/19 season.
Sessegnon has mostly played at left wing this season but the likes of PSG and Manchester United are reportedly interested in employing the 17 year old at LB/LWB, perhaps seeing him as the next Gareth Bale.
