Former Arsenal winger Serge Gnabry has today (5 October, 2017) become the latest footballer to join the Common Goal initiative. Gnabry, currently on loan at TSG 1899 Hoffenheim from Bayern Munich has therefore pledged to donate 1% of his earnings to charity. Common Goal is the brainchild of Manchester United and Spain star Juan Mata.
At the time of writing this article, six footballers have publicly joined Common Goal. We will definitely see more names being revealed in the near future, and this list will be updated from time to time.
