  1. How many of these 110,000 folks at the stadium actually know football? Would’ve been interesting to conduct a poll regarding the offside rule for these fellas.

  2. To LVG: That’s a very interesting question. I can only speak for myself, but I certainly don’t know what the offside rule consists of.
It was great to have you folks here in Ann Arbor, a truly wonderful weekend. Alas, my mind wasn’t changed regarding your sport: It’s boring. And why it should inflame the passions of the entire world save for the U.S. remains a total mystery to me.
    No hard feelings,
    Chris Potter

  3. manchester are back and i qwould be glad if the same results would be portrayed during the premier league and i congratulate our coach for the good work he is doing at the moment and we expect alot more since this is a big and respectable club in the world and results is what we need nothing else.

  4. I lived for 8 years in the us and was never able to sit a watch a full game of baseball or us football it was just too boring . So at the end it’s just what one was brought up with.

  5. Man U is looking to trade Chichirito, and why is a total mystery. If van Gall can’t see the value of the man he is a wanker. He came in at 62 minutes, and was involved in 4 serious scoring chances before he scored after only 18 minutes.

And Kagawa, too, who also came in at 62 minutes, was involved in some serious chances, too, including the assist to Chichirito.

WHY they would keep Danny Welbeck ahead of Chichirito is makes no sense.

Yes, Man U has van Persie and Rooney. And they had those two with Chichirito in 2012-2013, too, and won the EPL going away. MOYES was the problem last year, overall, and with Chichirito, too. If van Gall wants to repeat the mistakes of Moyes, that is his choice, but letting Chichirito go is a really stupid move, of that is what happens.
