Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini and striker Mario Balotelli had a bust-up in training today ( January 3, 2013) morning, adding more fuel to the rumours surrounding the latter’s future at the Etihad. Balotelli’s tackle on Scott Sinclair in training is reportedly what caused the altercation between the two, with the club’s support staff having to intervene to prevent them from coming to blows.
Balotelli has scored only three times in 21 appearances this season for defending champions City, who are seven points behind league leaders Manchester United with half the season over.
