Serbia vs England U21 Highlights 0-1 Wickham Goal Rose Red Card Brawl Video October 2012

Serbia England BRAWL VIDEO BELOW

England U21’s playoff fixture against Serbia in Krusevac on October 16, 2012 ended in a brawl between the two sides as frustrations boiled over after the final whistle. England, whose players had been subject to a constant stream of racial abuse, won the fixture 1-0 thanks to a late Connor Wickham goal. Danny Rose, who allegedly had stones thrown at him and was also the recipient of monkey chants, vented out his frustrations by kicking away the ball, for which he was red carded, and from then on, it became a kind of free for all.

The Young Lions’ goalkeeping coach Martin Thomas was head-butted while assistant head coach Steve Wigley was kicked in the stomach.

  1. Jack Butland looks like a sensible chap

And one or two of the Serbs seem genuinely good chaps- pity it all had to get ruined because of monkey chants
