  1. germany didn’t quite turn up and the italians are a very resourceful bunch

    great second goal from mb

  2. I just love Italy no matter what people say about them. I voted for them since the euro openned.

  3. dammit neuer dont u ever learn
    not fulli blaming him but
    who wuz marking balloteli
neuer needs some stay on my line training

  4. If England are a Quarter-Final team, then Germany must surely be the Semi-Final side at major tournaments. The calm, composed and technically sound German machinery seems to breakdown at the last 4 stage with alarming consistency. History favoured the Italians, whose organisation and willingness to hit on the counter attack nullified the usually greater offensive creativity of the Germans. Kudos to Italy, who have made it into the final despite all their internal problems prior to Euro 2012. In my opinion, they stand a greater chance of upsetting Spain than Germany. The Spaniards were made to sweat in their group encounter, and conceded their only goal in this competition against the Azzuri. An Italian victory at Euro 2012 may not be a major upset like Greece and Denmark’s capture of the trophy, but still another story of a team which overcame adversity to be crowned champions.

  5. Great performance by Italy, poor defending from Germany.
Germany had a great potential of winning, but that’s it for them in this tournament.

    Good luck Germany in 2014!

  6. and now for italy to beat spain…spains luck has to run out …the italians have shown great determination ….the only real team in this tournament..written off from the beginning but now in the final..forza italia

  7. The italians play superior football, plain and simple. it is completely foolish to label them as “underdogs”. they fair brilliantly in competition despite ranking stats and they have the medals to prove. they usually win or just fall short. if they exit at any point, it’s usually to the team that wins it all.

a pretty impresive record to say the least.

  8. From the beginning, 2DF or Erste have offered the view of most games, freely, to us in the South. Yesterday Italy was a great winner, with the strength and animic power of one black Italian. This does not mean they will win the competition. Spain has a good team too. Finally, logic failed! Respect for that tear on the face of a German supporter. We are all part of one team, the fans of this incredible sport.

  9. Low should’ve started with Muller.

That being said, the German WC 2010 team would have beaten this Italian side

  10. Germany lacked a leader- somebody who could really standup and take charge of stuff after Italy had gone 2-0 up.

As for Balotelli, when his mind is up to it, he’s better than most forwards in the world.

Hummels had a very poor game by his standards- if he matures more, you’d still bank on Germany for the 2014 World Cup

  11. Before the beginning of the tournament i said: please, everything but italy.. F**king dangerous defence team.
    And that’s the result

  12. “WHY ALWAYS ME” /BALOTELLI/ HAS FULL CONFIDENCE TO SCORE i.e WONDERFUL BEHAVIOR OF HIM.HE IS A TRUE STRIKER.

  13. Congratulatio ITALIA to have SUPER MARIO BALLOTELLY as striker no 1 of ITALIA .Super MARIO BALLOTELLY when remove out his t-shirt it means he wants to show to the WORLD that he is from AFRICA . Mario is the PRIDE of AFRICA.

  14. hahahahaahaha
    Pizza Balotelli !!!!
Germans will never win against Italy !!!!
    hahahahahahahahaha

    and now Spain?

we will put to the test them too!!!!!

    We got Super Mario!!!!!!!

  15. To me lst goal sheer defence lapse and
second goal a marginal case of off-side – since Bartolli is waiting for the ball
    facing his goal

  16. Yeah, the Germans broke down….ha ha ha ha….ball domination and far more chances than the Italians. If the ref calls the first Italian hand ball in the first five minutes, we are looking at a different final. Seriously, no team matches the German superiority.

  17. That‘s a game for you. In a game there are two things involved. It is either you win or you loose but for a winner it does not means you are the best but you possesses the quality and for the other side (i means the looser) it does not means you are poor but an advantage over you so add more effort in the next coming tournament. For Italian you try and also the German only it is a pride for Italy to won.

    Low should’ve started with Muller.

That being said, the German WC 2010 team would have beaten this Italian side

Ahah, you haughty poor little man, just shut up and cry.

  19. It isn’t being haughty- Germany’s attack showed improvement when Muller came on.

And the 2010 team were a great team on the counter with lightning speed down the flanks, something this German side didn’t do

  20. The best defense , good strikers , Pirlo: just phenomenal , the best goalkeeper , a very dangerous combination , germany were already beaten way before the game even started ,
First it was the group stage , then england , then germany , next please , Viva la squadra azzuri, and watch out for 2014 in Brazil .

  21. Great game. I was on Germany’s side but with guys like Mario i’m preaty sure they’re going to win against Spain.

  22. Second goal clearly offside…
I wasn’t cheering for either team so am completely neutral.
How can a linesman miss that call?
