New Everton Kit 2012/13- Nike unveil black EFC away shirt for 2012-2013

Premier League kits for 2012/13 continue to release and this time it is Everton’s FC first Nike kit. The US kit major unveiled a black away shirt for Everton for the 2012/2013 season on May 30, 2012. The Toffees were with Le Coq Sportif prior to the penning of this kit deal with Nike.

This all black Everton 2012/13 Nike kit has yellow detailing and continues to have Chang Beer as kit sponsors. It also has a collar and Nike have used recycled material in the making of this Everton 2012/2013 shirt.

  1. I think the new Everton kit is amazing, it is about time we got our kit made by Nike. COYB!

  2. Fully respectable kit, though I don’t like the choice of black for this club. Our best away kit in recent years was the vanilla/navy third kit from about two years ago. Best thing about dropping LQS is no more faux v-necks — terrible look.

If they can start the season w/ their recent form though I’ll have no complaints.

    COYB!

  3. Oh no,not another collar. Why do companies insist on collars on football shirts ?
Can anybody tell me the point of collars. Athletes do not require something rubbing their neck whilst performing. Please get rid of them.
    Paulo.

  4. CHANG Means Elephant in Thai. That is why there are 2 Elephants on the logo.
    Rock On.
    Paulo.

  5. @ Redondo, check your history. Black was Everton’s original colour. Nice nod to history, although it would be better with red trim from that perspective.

  6. Chang is actually Thai for elephant. Hence the elephant logo. They brew and produce numerous drink types in Thailand. They sponsor many sports out there, and youth programmes.

  7. So what is the new blue and yellow away kit I’ve just seen released on the Everton website. Is that the 3rd kit or do we have 2 away kits now?
