Spanish giants FC Barcelona have unveiled their new 2012/13 kits and kit makers Nike have gone for some radical changes in the new Barca jerseys. Barcelona’s new home kit, for instance, has a blurred stripe design instead of the distinct ones. The away 2012/13 jersey sees Nike go for an orange-yellow creation for FCB, who finished second in the league behind Real Madrid in the 2011/12 season and went out in the semifinals of the Champions League to Chelsea FC.
The new Barca 2012/13 jerseys were officially unveiled at MACBA ( Museu d’Art Contemporani de Barcelona) today ( May 22, 2012) by Nike and FCB.
More major 2012/13 kit releases ( Arsenal, Man Utd, Liverpool, Milan among others) can be seen in our football shirts section.
Like with the 11/12 Barca jerseys, Qatar Foundation remain principal sponsors.
I think the second kit’s design was conceived by the Nike designer in question when he was on summer holiday

I definitely think the 11/12 was much, much better than these. The 12/13 jerseys almost look sloppy compared to the sharp stripes on the 11/12 kits; which, in my opinion, symbolize Barca’s playing sytle much better than the new ones.

They will notmwin the league based on these kits. I knew they would not win it last year because there kits were not classic barcelona and neither are these. They need to return to the stripes of old. Just a stupid superstition from me.
