  1. i tink, dis the season of chelsea, the God dat is helpin us right 4rm the group stage, now in final, wil never let us down….kudos guyz

  2. You don’t win the game with possession” – Didier Drogba says Chelsea deserved to beat Barca! He waz right Thanx God for Chelsea
    Go Chelsea go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. @Justice You are absolutely right. Again barca almost made it via red cards and penalties and it’s mostly luck that they didn’t! It happened to chelsea before, to real madrid many times, to arsenal, to ac milan and to the netherlands, just to name a few. It’s madness and Mourinho was right last year by saying that barca has the referees in its pocket! Agreed, many real fouls are against them -which makes sense in 70-30% ball position- but there is a lot of theather in there and the little men fall down to easily at the right moment …

Well done chelsea, you deserve it, and good luck in germany!

  4. Barcelona were just taken back to reality since they thought it was an unbeatable team. Cheers Chelae.

  5. @Tom
“Am I wrong in thinking that Torres was offside!?”
Yes you are. When a player starts in his own half, like Torres, it itsn’t offside.
I hope Chelsea wins the Champions League, they deserve it.

  6. This is football. All the good team with good players and perfect performance sometimes must be sacked out. But I proud of you, Barca. You have displayed what the soccer game supposed to be. However, I guess there was a big mafia playing dice behind the games. How could caliber player like Messi missed the penalty. How could world’s class team like Barca could not beat a 10-man Chelsea. The same moment when John Terry missed his penalty in Champion league final to MU. Gambling and money determine the outcome of every big game. Damn…No more fun watching soccer nowadays. It’s better go to casino….

  7. It was a great match yesterday really the best match in all the season .. barca’s way in playing has been caught and everyone now can know how to win Barcelona besides peter cech was unbelievable yesterday , he deserves the best goalkeeper in the world cuz of yesterdays match 😀 .. and remiras omg i don’t know where did he got that cold nerves to score that goal in such a hard time 🙂 viva chelsea best english team now 🙂
    respect from Egypt .

  8. some told me he didn’t knw torres was a spirit how come camara didn’t catch him earlier, i told him he wasn’t a spirit but a HOLY GHOST SPIRIT. Torres bravo to u, ramires still doing gr8 with his finishing and Lampard still d best midfilder. I LOVE D BLUEZ. up CFC.

  9. Long live chelsea my team, it was nice to see u squeeze barca to pulp. Long live grogba, ramires, torres and the mighty di mateos

  10. congrats chelsea but again terry is showing how a disgusting player he is..lampard also lost his pedals and it does not suit them who are big big professionals..
shame on these two.. however ramires is proving everyone of what hes made of..drogba olso was awesome..

  11. terry u dont need to tink of it u should know dat God dey our back let wait 4 dnext level na we get am no doubt

  12. Tom: Most posters have not answered your question entirely correctly. The off-side rule has never applied to the position of a player when he receives the ball ( so it is irrelevant where he was when the ball landed). Off-side refers to where a player is when the ball is kicked (the focus of all the action replays when tv pundits are in doubt and wish to use the benefit of modern high definition technology (which the ref doesn’t have by the way)). Torres was in his own half of the pitch. Simply put, “you can’t be off-side if you are in your own half of the pitch when the ball is kicked, wherever you end up when the ball lands (eg if the ball is moving through the air and you’re just inside your own half to begin with).

  13. All those who say “its a sad day for football” – talking out of your arses, its a great day for football…what are teams supposed to do, play 3-4-3 against Barca?! Chelsea deserved it, their tactics were right and they fought harder. You have to be negative to be positive, to defend hard and take ur chances when u get them, as playing this way is how to beat Barca. Btw – I am not a Chelsea fan.

  14. Some people were talking nonses, let me tell u other fans dat barca cannot hit us like dat and goes free, even messi was charm by anoiting of holy ghost dats makes him to fell his oppournity of panelty.then falnado toress score a great goal ,oh what a genieus prayer. Up chelsea 4 2012.back 4 revenge.oh my god i love revenge.chelsea 4 life .some people dat comort from chelsea make una return back 4 blues.

  15. Now, barcelona lost everything in spain , madrid will take the cup, now barca lost in champions league, fail year for the team from the other planet:)

  16. Anything can happen in futbal. I still think dat noting is perfect in dis world of ours except God. Barca were just unlucky. How many glaring chances did they miss? count and know that if you’re not gonna win, u can’t win. so, some day u win and some day you lose, dats futbal. I commend chelsea 4 there bravery.Just dat futbal was dissapointed on both occasions. Barca, still d best in d world, no doubt. Messi still greatest of all time. They should regroup and pick themselves up for the cup final in spain. Chelsea goodluck against bayern who outplayed Madrid last nigt.

  17. to all those saying chelsea will be beaten by real madrid, bayern won so i guess it will be a close match. Torres showed his 50 million tag nd he wasnt off-side. Di matteo is the special man for chelsea. Hats off. I lv u chelsea. Win a double nw. HATS OFF FROM TANZANIA.

  18. if everybody play football like chelsea then where’s the beauty of football?? so sorry to say but chelsea chicken!

  19. “””Tom April 24, 2012 10:48 pm
Am I wrong in thinking that Torres was offside!?”””

Tom .. did u know how to play football ??

  20. Barcelona was the strongest and best team but they lose the Chelsea. Gwadiyola was lost the two cup (champion league and Laliga cup)

  21. Chelsea the best in the English league, the strongest team in the world Barcelona, Barcelona lost because David Villa does not play, but still the best in the Chelsea defense, Chelsea went ahead and beat your opponent….!!!!

  22. Tom said:
“Am I wrong in thinking that Torres was offside!?”

    Definition of offside:
“A player is in an offside position if he is closer to the opponent’s goal line than both the ball and the second-to-last defender (which is usually the last outfield player), BUT ONLY IF THE PLAYER IS ON HIS OPPONENT`S HALF OF THE PITCH.”

  23. Well played. I liked the way Chelsea played and against what other people have been saying, it is far beyond luck because this is not the first time Chelsea played Barcelona and finished with draw. Barcelona had not been able to defeat Chelsea in seven consecutive games. Kudos Blues

  24. u guys r talking as if chelsea were amazing, OK i’ll admit it they were good defensively at certain times but barcelona broke their defence more than 10 times in the two legs, for me that is not good defending. barcelona were just unlucky, i mean hitting the woodwork 4 times is just pure unlucky. any way some others are saying barcelona were too predictiable, no they weren’t if they were than why did they broke the defence 10 times and score 2 goals. they were passing in front of chelsea players and then doing one touch to get through and all chelsea players (all of them) did were stand on the 18 yard box and wait and they did this for the whole 2 mathces. it is hard to score against 10 men standing on the goal line EVEN for barcelona. and also barcelona only had 5 players going forward (messi, iniesta, alves, fabregas and sanchez) where as chelsea had 10 men goalkeeping.

  25. “Am I wrong in thinking that Torres was offside!?”

Tom, there is actually no offside if the player receiving the ball is in his own half when the pass is made. Learn the rules a bit before you start making stupid posts!
