23. Look, i placed a bet on Chelsea getting AT LEAST A DRAW but when i saw Howard Webb with the whistle, i quickly withdrew my money. It’s unfortunate that a love of FOOTBALL FANS (not necessary liverpool or chelsea or other clubs’ fans) have not yet come to understand the affinity between Man U and Howard Webb, anyone who expects a neutre Webb in a high tension game involved Man Utd, is doing at his or her own peril, becos if the call for penalty by Man Utd got to 1O in that match, Webb would have trapped up to 8 spok kicks for the Devils. I’m an AC-Fan but i love EPL especially when the-so-called minor teams are really measuring up with the bigger clubs like liverpool, Man-U, Arsenal and co. However, when you expect a fine and fair game between btw 2 beautiful colors and suddenly you see another black-wearing-uniform man making marring the game with some black decision with imaginary spot kicks, you can help but wonder if that was the best the black uniform man could do. La liga and Serie-A, are never embarassed in this fashion. Maybe the EPL should consider switching officials from other leagues to important EPL matches.

    In the first half, Chelsea had 12 players (Howard Webb) but in the 2nd half, he changed allegiance and joined MU.

    2 penalties given by Webb were fair because 2 clear penalties were not given in the first half. Refs tend to make up their mistakes in the 2nd half when they show the TV replay.. so Webb was wrong 4 times in this game; in all 4 penalty claims.

    But think again, should MU have gotten the 2 penalties in the 1st half, Chelsea wouldn’t score 3 goals. MU will play their possesion football, and Chelsea wouldn’t get many chance for scoring.

    Chelsea could’ve lost at their home grown if not because of Howard Webb’s mistakes.

45. I am a REAL fan. Though being impartial in this match, I will have to “applaud” the ref Howard Webb (also the Man-U’s 12th player) for being such a “SUCKER”. The biggest moron in the universe also could not have missed the drama that resulted in the 2nd penalty (involving Ivanovic & Welbeck). That decision was highly ridiculous and uncalled for.
    Looks like Howard Webb is going to make another “sucker” i.e Rooney the highest scorer just by awarding him penalties !!!

    On a lighter note, we should all respect Man-U, becoz it has now become a team of senior citizens- starting from management to players – everybody save a few !!!

    My message to all the Chelsea fans – Don’t get jittery. You still have got the Champions League from where these “red suckers” have already been kicked out .

It was a sad day for English footbal, when the “Referee” gave out 2 dubious penalty to a losing team ,it is now clear that the game had pre arrangended / FIXED results ‘Manchester united must win’ but that was not the case, things went out of hand when chelsea led 3-0 then come horward webb with 2 dubious penelaties this decision had clear effect on the chelsea players and fans thus giving manchester the undue advantage.
    It is now clear that some games in the premiership have FIXED results ,There is evidence that Webb the ‘referee’ was compromised, the FA should take serious action against webb so as to save the credibility of the premiership . organized criminals and rogue bookmakers had their way (there is evidence)
