This Robbie Findley miss vs Leicester City ( see video of Findley miss Below) was probably one of the misses of the season in the FA Cup so far. Findley’s goal miss came in his club Nottingham Forest’s FA Cup tie against Leicester City on 17th January, 2012.
With Forest trailing 1-0, Findley had a golden opportunity to equalise as Leicester keeper Kasper Schmeichel made a hash of a cross. Unfortunately for American forward Findley, he missed an open goal from three yards out. Leicester won the game 4-0, with Jermaine Beckford scoring a hat trick
