ok- a decent bit of trickery in there- but not sure pardew should be calling this the greatest goal he’s seen
overrated.
nothing much to crow about meh
@ Jon, that’s actually a pretty special goal
@ Al, mate I think you must be a Sunderland fan. Pardew is entitled to think what he wants. He meant it was the best goal he has witnessed, nothing wrong with that…@ Jon, I agree with you nothing much there…if you watch it with your eyes closed that is. You must score them kinda goals for fun in your back garden I bet
Magnificent goal from HBA.
Pardew must play him more- we will see more magnificence from him
le plus beau but que j’ai vu
As a neutral trfc fan. Great goal but not the greatest. Diego tearing england apart world cup , now thats in that catagory
french flair at its best.
go ben arfa
Great dribbling skills 4m hba
Blackburn would have to be better than England tbh…. so in that case isn’t HBA better than Maradonna?
“He’s had situations in France where his talent hasn’t come to the fore as much as it should have, perhaps, and then he has had a terrible injury here.”
From a French POV: same problem as with Nasri, everything about him screams ‘extremely gifted player’ BUT give him the ball once and you won’t always see it back. I won’t deny he’s improved since he’s arrived in the EPL, though. (Probably a moot point, but hey, I don’t get to watch much of the Geordies’ matches)
Typical sour grapes from muppets who dont know quality when they see it.
if messi scores this goal then everybody’s spunking over it, but cos it hba noone cares? i dont even support nufc but hes mugged off half brfc side there and finished it off. great goal, not the best ever, but not average like some are suggesting here.
Right up there with tino and ginolas mazey runs n goals…x’alent…jay.
Absolutely quality – nuff said.
Hats off for King HBA, i would pay to watch that goal everyday of my life….now Pardew can start to think of starting him at least every game….he’s better than Obartan a million times..
From Newcastle supporter…..again, that goal is the best i ever seen since i started following Newcastle United almost 15 years ago…
…like @jamrd, had that goal been scored by Messi or one of the big boys at the big clubs, everyone would be talking about….
In Pardew we trust
Fantastic goal, great to see him performing at his best. I don’t necessarily follow newcastle but I must admit it’s one of the best goal I have seen this season and I agree it’s to the standard of messi’s goal. Blackburn might not be the best team in the world but they’re still a premier league team and saying this goal is just average, is not only insulting Benharfa’s talent but also blackburn’s players.
Agree with Jamrd, if Messi scores this goal everybody makes a biig fuss (not without reason, he’s a fantastic player), but this goal deserves as much.
