According to news reports, Liverpool are the latest team to join Victor Moses’ growing list of admirers. The 19 year old, who currently plies his trade in the Championship with Crystal Palace, has been strongly linked with a move away from Selhurst Park in January.
Moses was born in Nigeria, but has already represented England at U-16, U-17, U-18 and U-19 levels. He has been in fine form for Palace this season, and has already been marked by Eagles boss Neil Warnock as a “Premier League” talent. Moses scored a stunning equaliser for Palace against Barnsley yesterday, and also had a key role to play in the club’s 4-2 win over Reading earlier this month.
Palace are having big financial problems currently and are expected to listen to offers for Moses in the winter window. Warnock has already said that he is resigned to letting Moses go in January. Sunderland are already in talks, while Birmingham and Wigan are also ready to table bids. Fellow London clubs Tottenham, West Ham and Arsenal are also said to be impressed by the Kaduna born forward, and are keeping a close eye on the youngster’s progress.
