The new Inter Milan kits for the 2009-10 season were unveiled at the Ricardo Montalbán Theatre in Los Angeles on Thursday evening (July 16). It is the first time Inter have launched their shirts outside Europe.
The shirts will be worn for the first time in Inter’s pre season friendly against Club America in Palo Alto. Nike are the kit makers, while Irelli continue to be the sponsors.
The home shirt has blue and black vertical stripes ( Nerazzurri) with the colours of the Italian flag present between the Nike logo and the Inter Milan crest.
The away jersey is primarily white in colour, but there is a black and blue patch in the centre for the sponsors. The ends of the collar are also blue in colour.
There were two shorts also revealed on the occasion. One is white in colour, with blue lines ( with a dash of black in it) running down the sides. The other is black in colour, again with blue lines running down the sides.
