Shakhtar Donetsk 2-0 CSKA Moscow ( Fernandinho 54’pen, Luiz Adriano 70′)

Galatasaray were just 35 minutes away from qualifying for the quarterfinals, but Hamburg’s stunning second half comeback means that we have to bid adieu to Gala at this stage of the tournament.

Hamburg win 4-3 on aggregate.

Braga 0-1 PSG ( Guilliaume Horau 81′)

PSG join Marseille in the last eight of the UEFA Cup as they beat Braga 1-0 in Portugal. PSG win 1-0 on aggregate.

Zenit St.Petersburg 1-0 Udinese ( Anatoli Tymoschuk 34′)

Zenit skipper Tymoschuk scores his last European goal for the defending champions, but it goes in vain as Udinese progress 2-1 on aggregate.

Aab Aalborg 2-0 Man City ( Luton Shelton 85′, Michael Jakobsen 90′ pen)
